CV Designs - Shipping and Returns

I do my best to ship orders out within three days. 

All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail or parcel post, free within the US which can take within 5 to 10 days.  If shipping internationally, customs  can retain the package at their discretion for several weeks. There is  no tracking for these shipments. If you would like to upgrade your  shipping for tracking, please contact me before placing your  order. Some domestic orders, depending upon size, and quantity may be  shipped priority mail which usually takes between 2-3 business days.  

 If  you are needing your order fast, please contact me before you make your  purchase and I will be more than happy to try and accommodate your  request. You may also always request an upgrade to your shipping, either  via priority mail or overnight. Once again, just contact me before you  purchase your items, and I will upgrade the shipping cost for the items  you want.  

RETURN POLICY Last updated 10/8/2023  We hope you are happy with your purchase.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any  reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange minus shipping. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item please contact us at sales@cvdesignsfl.com within 14 days of delivery.  Once approved, place the item securely in its original packaging and and mail your return to the following address: CV Designs FL, 6152 Terra Rosa Circle, Boynton Beach, FL 33472.  If original packaging is not available, please try to repackage in similar packaging.  

REFUNDS After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.    EXCEPTIONS     For defective or damaged products, please contact us at sales@cvdesignsfl.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
