The gourd bowls are all varnished with an indoor/outdoor gloss finish and should be cleaned and treated as any other wooden bowls (no dishwasher). I can do a special order if you have something special in mind . Just e-mail me with the design you would like and I will reply to you with the pricing information. No two gourds will ever be exactly the same since all are hand painted and unique. Allow two to four weeks for special orders. (If not using PayPal, don't forget to write down the number of the gourd you would like to purchase, and e-mail or call to get final shipping charges.)
